29 May Exploring the Unknown

Hi there! I’m Nuvia Garcia, food, nature, and adventure enthusiast. This summer I will be stepping out of my comfort zone on the west coast and interning at the Grand Canyon in Arizona! I just finished my second year at CSU Monterey Bay in the central coast of California. I’m extremely eager to begin a new adventure at the incredible Grand Canyon, somewhere I’ve never been before. I am a wee bit scared, but I know that an opportunity like this will pave the way for so much more in the future. I don’t quite know what to expect since this will be my first internship, but I’m looking forward to what awaits. I hope you continue to tag along as I journey through the unknown!
