17 Jul Drawing and Working out my way through the Internship

Hey guys!!

I wanted to talk about free time! So as you guys know I’m in the North Cascades, more specifically on the the Marblemount station. It’s honestly in the middle of nowhere and I don’t have a car…so I spend a WHOLE LOT OF TIME on the station. Luckily, I have been able to connect to the almighty internet on my phone to post these wonderful blogs,

but one thing I’ve realized from being here is that I rely on the internet way too much! It made me realize how much free time I have, and early on I decided to take on my childhood hobby, DRAWING! It’s been an amazing use of my time and I forgot how much I loved it. I know this program is coming to a close, but I implore you guys to explore any hobbies of interest. I also found out about the mini gym behind my house and, oh boy, can I say that I am taking full advantage of it! So my point is, if you’re bored…WORKOUT hahaha. This internship has been such a transformative experience and a way to really get to know myself and my interests.
